Riva and I just spent a few yummy days hanging out at Tap Tap restaurant in South Beach enjoying each of its dishes more than the one before -- all created by Master Chef John Alexander "A.J." Henfield.
Enjoying the food, the company, the music, the beautiful murals and tables each painted with a different scene from Haiti, we agreed that Tap Tap is the best in everything. Having lived in Haiti for a decade, we pride ourselves in being good judges of Haitian food, and we both agreed that the food was fantastic.
